In a CELESTIAL IGNITION BREATH AND MEDITATION SESSION we immerse ourselves in meditation (guided, mindfulness, meta) utilizing mudras(hand gestures), Pranayama (breath control), gentle movements & Sound(toning using our voice) and guided yoga nidra(yogic sleep). The client receives their own unique tool box to help guide them on their journey catered to what best suits their needs AND GOALS. The mission of these sessions is to tap into our vital energies and learn how to move our breath to facilitate healing, emotional resilience and release, improve concentration and increase our vitality. Breath is directly correlated with our emotions and physiology and thus our energetic charge. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS WHO WANT TO LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF MEDITATION AND BREATH CONTROL OR PRACTITIONERS WHO WANT TO DEEPEN THEIR PRACTICE.
