The need to be understood.
Can we please talk about this?
Last year I thought I "had it" , I began to just understand myself and stopped giving The F about if my partner could understand me or not, because I am enough to me, my own understandings where enough. But its nagging in me, this feeling is not right. I think it is an unsafe feeling when I cant be seen and understood. Can anyone understand what I am trying to say here? 🙈
