Honoring the Heart Womb Connection

Service Description

As we come together in a group setting we will utilize physical and energetic practices with the aim to connect to, stimulate, and support the physical and energetic Heart & Womb ( Sacral Chakra for Men). During the first half of our shared sacred space participants will be guided into Yin Yoga poses and breathwork practices ( pranayama). We will also utilize affirmations. The second half of the session will be dedicated to connecting ourselves spiritually to our higher selves, mother earth, the cosmic womb, our ancestors and one another with a meditation & blessing of the womb ( sacral center). Energetically it is said while the organs of the body store various emotions it is the heart that " feels & transmutes them all" thus all that runs through the heart also deeply impacts the womb or sacral center. Our heart center is the "Bridge of heaven and earth", it governs our ability to give and receive love, embody our divine blueprint and live lucidly here on earth. It is said our wombs and sacral centers are the seats of our emotional, creative and sexual energy; a space of endless possibilities. Our emotions are one of the most potent powers we have as they create new realities. How we feel and being clear in our centers of manifestation are of vital importance. Just as we can create and derive so much beauty from our sacral energy ( womb & prostatic utricle) we can also sabotage our lives and manifestations becoming unregulated as sexual trauma, emotional trauma, ancestral trauma all get accumulated here. Let us also not forget that all of creation is birthed from a cosmic womb and we from the womb of Gaia. A connection that as a collective we have both forgotten and taken for granted. Together we will seek to bring greater harmony where it is gone and cultivate our own understanding of these special connections through direct EXPERIENCE and work consciously to move this energy for our highest good. The sacred space we create together is open to BOTH women and men wishing to connect deeper with their divine feminine aspect and spirit womb. Men are encouraged to join!
