Shamanic Inner Child Journey w/ Ulf Haukenes In this deeply healing and meditative journey we will travel back in time together to the initial abandonment trauma. To the first memory of feeling albandoned, unworthy and unlovable and as a result you abandoned yourself and stopped loving yourself completely in your entirety. This journey is both a Reparenting as well as a Soul Retrieval for those who are familiar with that type of Shamanic work. We will retrieve a lost part of you that you have abandoned throughout life. In order to become whole within ourselves there are many who feel pulled to do this work and experience good results from it. In addition, we will be looking into the wisdom of becoming the divine parent, to the alchemical child so that one can reparent oneself and navigate the challenges of life without letting old patterns, additions, bad habits and selfsabotage ruin our lives. Inner Child Healing works great for dependency, addictions, bad habits and PTSD. I will be available to assist with deep reactions to the work where needed. Guidance and Preparation for the oncoming clearing of 3-5 days will be given at the end of the class. Drink plenty of warm water on the day of our session and in the days after.
